  • Please create a new profile for HBL Mobile with its own Login ID and Password. HBL InternetBanking credentials cannot be used on HBL Mobile.
  • Touch ID login feature is only supported for Touch ID devices running on iOS version 8 and Fingerprint is supported devices launched with Android Marshmallow 6.0 and above. Face ID based login is only supported for iPhone X devices.

How to sign-up?
You can download the HBL Mobile App from App Store or Google Play for free. You can sign-up yourself and activate your HBL Mobile profile easily by following the instructions in the App. To sign-up, download and install HBL Mobile, open it, and tap on “Not signed-up yet? Click here” on the main screen.

HBL Mobile is an App designed for Android and iOS Smart Phones. HBL Mobile is a safe, free, and convenient way, to bank with HBL. All you need is a compatible mobile device, an internet connection and your HBL Mobile login credentials.


You will need to do a new sign-up for HBL Mobile. Please create a new profile for HBL Mobile with its own Login ID and Password. HBL InternetBanking credentials cannot be used on HBL Mobile.

On the main screen, tap on “Need help to login? Click here”
Select the required option
Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your Login ID and/or Password
